If you feel uncomfortable pain, it is sufficient to take a break of just 60 seconds and save the pain with the help of breathing exercises to relax the body and reduce pressure on the lumbar back.

Sit down and make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes and try to relax.

Place the tip of the tongue just behind the upper front teeth.

Breathe through your nose slowly for 4 seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds.

Repeat this process three times.

If you want to solve a problem with back pain from sitting, perform this exercise every night before going to sleep:

Lie on your stomach and leaning on your elbows.

Raise your upper body so that you rely on your elbows, lift your head, hold that position for 8 seconds, and then return to the starting position.

Repeat this exercise twice.

Lie on your back and bend your knees holding out his hands to the body. Lift the hips in an upright position and hold that position for 8 seconds, and then return to the starting position.

Stay to lie on your back and bend your legs at the knees, grasp the hands of them and drag them to the chest. Stay in this position for 8 seconds and then return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise twice.
