Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon chili powder

-1 teaspoon onion powder

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1 teaspoon seasoned salt

-3 teaspoons olive oil

-3 baking potatoes, cut into wedgesDSC_0205

Preparation:

Mix the spices in a large plastic bag zipper. Add oil and squeeze the mix.

Add the potato wedges. Seal the bag tightly, shake vigorously coats the potatoes well.

Arrange potatoes on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

Ovens at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes, or until tender and golden.

Serve with ketchup and ranch salad dressing for dipping.
