Dauphinoise Potatoes, Delicious!
A recipe of French cuisine can turn baked potatoes into a masterpiece of the most demanding gourmets.
You will need:
– Medium sized potatoes (preferably the same size)
– Hard cheese
– Salt and pepper
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut off a small piece from one end so that the potatoes can stand vertically.
After the entire length of the potato knife, make cuts, as if you were to cut the fries, or shred cells or to the end, leaving about 1 cm.
Then place the potatoes in a saucepan and pour the boiling water. Cover, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes, until the potatoes are ready.
