Delicious and Healthy Homemade Chocolate for Kids
To enjoy the taste of chocolate, you don’t have to buy, because you can prepare homemade chocolate alone at home, which is not so difficult.
It may not look like the purchase, but it is nice to sweeten the dice healthy and delicious homemade chocolates.
For its preparation takes very little time, and the result will delight you and your children.
– Cocoa powder – 70-100 gr/3.5 oz
– Milk – 50 ml/1.69 oz
– Powdered sugar (or honey) – 2 tablespoons
– Butter – 50 gr/1.76 oz
– Cinnamon (optional)
On low heat warm the milk, not bringing it to a boil. Then add the sugar. Stir. Add the butter, cinnamon, stir.
The mixture is poured into a vessel containing cocoa powder, gradually, stirring, not rushing to immediately hand over all the mixture, not to form lumps.
The prepared mixture warm up over low heat or water vapor.
If desired, you can add nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, raisins, and in this way you will make the chocolate, not only tasty, but also healthy.
You can pour the mixture into silicone molds or small bowls, as you wish. Leave it for an hour in the fridge to be tightened. After that you can enjoy this delicious local chocolate.
