Day 1

Breakfast

Dinner

Potato chowder with vegetables:

Breakfast

Lunch

For lunch the last day of a child is something you probably have not tried: Pancakes with raisins! They make it pretty easy: 3 tablespoons of flour, half a cup of water and one egg. Nice whisk and bake pancakes and then blended with a mixture  of 100 g low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoons of mineral water and 200 g grapes. If you like – add over pancakes and cinnamon.

Dinner

We conclude with an excellent diet recipe: Goulash from turkey with mushrooms! It is made in the following way: fry turkey breast sliced ​​into thin slices. Cook 100 gr brokulija 2-3 minutes and in the meantime a large carrot, cut into small slices and 2 large mushrooms cut into slices. All the ingredients are put in court and add 1/2 cup of vegetable soup and cook for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking add 60 grams of red grapes and 2 tablespoons sour cream. With this kind of stew you can eat 100 grams of rice.

Additional Notes: Because the grapes are a lot of potassium and grapes – should not you feel that some significant “attacks” hunger – even more, you can expect an increase in mental and physical energy.
