Easily Made Healthy and Delicious Cookies With Banana and Oats!
Healthy and delicious sweets are always on our mind when we want something to prepare for our children. The combination of banana and oats are a great choice, especially when you see how easily these biscuits are served: no flour, no sugar, eggs and margarine.
You only need few ingredients for extremely delicious and healthy cookies.
Ingredients (for about 10-15 cookies)
-2 ripe bananas
-150 grams of oats
-Peel the bananas (the more mature and softer, the better). Slice them as thin as you can and then add the oats flakes.
-Stir the mixture with a fork until you get smooth mixture.
-On a baking plate place the baking paper.
-Take a spoon and spread the mixture on the plate (try to make them approximately the same).
-Bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees (until golden brown).
-Allow them to cool, so serve with a cup of milk.
These cookies can be enriched by your desire, in various ways: they can add a little cinnamon, walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins or cranberries pieces. If you want them to grow a little, feel free to add a little baking powder. It all depends on your imagination.
