Recipe for Tibetan elixir of health and longevity

Ingredients:

-300 grams/10.6 oz of garlic

-1 kg/35 oz lemon

-1, 5 liters/50 fl oz of water

Preparation:

-300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram of rind lemon grind finely.

-Then put a liter and a half of water to boil and reduce the heat. Add it to the milled garlic and lemon and then cover it.

-On low heat put the mixture to boil for 15 minutes (not longer than that).

-Take it off from the heat and leave it to cool. Store it in a covered glass container (jar).

Treatment:

This preparation should be taken on an empty stomach every morning – half deciliter, for 25 days.
