Gnocchi In gorgonzola Sauce a recipe
• 200 g Gorgonzola
• 125g mascarpone cheese
• 100 ml milk
• 50 g butter
• 500 g potatoes gnocchi
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
When you need a quick, filling and very tasty dish, try to save the gnocchi with gorgonzola. If you serve them as an appetizer, be sure to make small portions, otherwise no one will be able to eat the main course and dessert. In this recipe, we replaced the cream cheese and mascarpone milk, which gives it a special gnocchi, a slightly different flavor.
The first fire, in a larger pot, put to boil water. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan on a very low heat melt butter, add milk, gorgonzola broken up into small pieces and mascarpone. Allow the temperature slowly rises, and when the sauce boils, add the lemon juice, season with salt and white pepper and cook for another two minutes.
