Healthy Soup For Preventing Cold And Flu
This is an appetizer powerful tool that increases the immune system and protects the body of the external factors that especially during the influenza season lurking on every little trace of a low immune system.
– 3 liters of water
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1-2 teaspoons grated ginger
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 2 carrots (peeled)
– 1 cup celery leaves
– 1/4 red onion
– 1 large sprig of rosemary
– 1 teaspoon thyme
– 1 teaspoon sage
– Juice ½ lemon
All ingredients except the lemon juice put in a larger container with a tight lid for cooking.
Boil the ingredients until the water comes to the boil then reduce the heat and continue to cook and stir gently, then let the cook covered over low heat for an hour.
