Here’s How to Get Rid of Fungal Infections of the Feet
The fungus of the feet and nails usually occur due to moisture and can be painful and uncomfortable.
White or yellow spots on the top of the nail are usually the first stage of a fungal infection of the nail. It eventually changes color and shape, and the nail becomes very painful.
Fungal infections do not go away without treatment, but probably did not know that the easiest way you can get rid of them with the help of vinegar and baking soda.
Sodium bicarbonate is not a fungicide and will not kill the fungus, or to prevent their growth. On the other hand, the vinegar will kill other fungi.
You will need:
4-5 tablespoons of baking soda
1 cup plain or apple vinegar
Pour a cup of vinegar in a bowl with water. Soak your feet about 15 minutes, and then wipe them with a towel. Repeat the process, but other times, add 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda.
Repeat this several times a day twice, once without and once with bicarbonate of soda. The point is that the vinegar first destroys the fungus, and then to soda prevents their further growth and expansion.
