Homemade Chocolate Liqueur
Chocolate liquor is the drink that may well be called women’s drink, although the stronger sex is not immune to this flavored chocolate drink.
Liqueur chocolate contains a small amount of alcohol in a thick chocolate combination of ingredients, and is sweet and easy to drink. Reminiscent of hot chocolate with rum, it uses a chilled … but so warm inside.
The recipe for the liqueur is very simple. Requires maximum half an hour of your time, and drink it before meals or with coffee. It’s sweet, aromatic drink for every occasion.
– 33.8 fl oz/1 liter of milk
– 10.6 oz/300 g sugar
– 16.9 fl oz/500 ml of rum or brandy
– 3.5 oz/100 grams of cocoa powder
Mix the cocoa and pudding with 6.76 fl oz/200 ml of milk, trying not to make lumps.
The remaining amounts of the milk boils and add sugar. Cook to boil.
Reduce heat and with constantly mixing add some beaten pudding with cocoa.
When it thickens remove from heat and add the alcohol. Stir well, if you need a little back to the fire that is all nicely blended.
Chilled liquor is poured into bottles and keeps refrigerated. If the liquor in the bottle very thick, feel free to add a little brandy and shake well.
Liqueur is left to stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 days, and only then drink. Of course, no one can wait so much, but still leave it overnight. It takes some time to get all the flavors are mixed. Before pouring liquor shake the bottle.
