Flatulence may be caused by a variety of factors. In some cases, it occurs due to a medical condition or an emotional state that you cannot control. Gas can also be produced from the food we eat, the way in which you eat and what you eat in combination.
When you combine foods that are hard to digest, digestion process stops and the food remains in the stomach longer than normal. This causes food to ferment, which leads to the production of gas and flatulence.

Tonic against flatulence
Ingredients for one serving
1 cup water
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch of ground cumin
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
Put the pot on the fire and boil when you insert all the ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes. Leave it to cool down and drink it while it’s fresh. Your flatulence will disappear within a few minutes!
The gas will be released (it’s in you, so it must get out), but it will be done in a few minutes and won’t have unpleasant odor.
