This dessert was invented by a girl who cannot imagine her life without sweet. Usual cheese cake was prepared using a larger number of components: this recipe contains only three components.

Prepared cake is fantastic – airy, melts in your mouth, and it is very delicate and tasty.

To prepare the cheesecake you will need the following ingredients:

-3 eggs

-120g/4.23 oz white chocolate

-120 grams/4.23 oz of cheese “Philadelphia”, or other cream cheese.


Place the eggs in the fridge to cool down well. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Melt the chocolate.

It is good to stir until a homogeneous mixture.

In the melted chocolate, add cream cheese

Then add the egg yolks. (Before you add egg yolks, you can try this cream – very tasty!)

Whisk the egg whites cold into a solid mass and add to the previous mixture.

Put the mixture on oil or butter coated mold. Mold put on a baking pan.

This fantastic cheesecake is baked for about 30 minutes.

Do not rush to immediately remove the pan from the oven – leave it for another 15 minutes in the off oven.

The finished cake sprinkles it with powdered sugar. Put it in the fridge for a while. Enjoy!
