Mouth Ulcers: How To Relieve Pain And Suppress Them
The ulcers are small sores in the mouth (lips, tongue, throat) that are painful when they are touching the tongue or irritated by eating spicy food.
Usually not larger than 1 cm in diameter. They are not dangerous but can be very annoying, especially if you get them often.
It is important to note that ulcers are not infectious, IE., We cannot in any way transferred to another person.The most common time of occurrence of canker sores is from 10 to 19 years, and most people spontaneously stop appearing as the elderly.

Mechanical injury (from cracked tooth brush or braces) and irritation of spicy, sour and salty foods.
Hormonal changes (eg. Use of birth control pills)
The lack of certain vitamins and minerals (iron, folic acid, zinc or vitamin B12)
Some medications: aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, anti-Candida
Treatment of canker sores is usually not necessary because they are very relaxed after a few days.
However, if you can not apprehend that you pass by themselves, there are several ways that you can accelerate healing and prevent new occurrence:
Dip a cotton swab in a mixture of 50% hydrogen peroxide 50% water and applies to the wound (hydrogen peroxide disinfects the wound).
