Red Wine Before Bed Helps Weight Loss
This kind of thing shows the recent research from the University of Washington and Harvard Medical School.
They claim that two glasses of wine before bedtime are magic pill for weight loss.
And here’s why. Apparently, in the red wine there is polyphenol called resveratrol, which “white fat” turns into “fat-free”, one that is much easier to burn, say researchers from Washington.
Even crazier is the theory that comes from Harvard, which included 20,000 women during 13 years of study.
It shows that those women who drank two glasses of wine every day had 70% less likely to get fat.
