With brush wash the fruits and vegetables under lukewarm water with a little very mild Eco detergent. Rinse well.

Note: the mushrooms only brush and wipe. Remember wash the melons very well before cutting! Remove the outer leaves of leafy vegetables.

Take a large bowl and soak the fruits. You can use home remedy for cleaning pesticides.

Solution 1

One tablespoon of sea salt per cup of water. Soak for half an hour and rinse.

Solution 2

Make a solution of 1: 4 of white vinegar and water. Soak for half an hour and rinse. Sprayed apples soak longer. Vinegar can neutralize most of the bacteria and pesticides that are on fresh ingredients.

Make your removal spray for pesticides

The following two recipes for homemade removal spray pesticides…

Recipe 1

– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,

– 2 tablespoons of baking soda,

– 1 cup of water.

Stir until soda is dissolved and pour into a spray bottle. Spray the fruits and the vegetables and leave for 15 minutes. Wash away.

Recipe 2

– A cup of water,

– A cup of white vinegar,

– 2 tablespoons of baking soda,

– a few drops of grapefruit seed extract (an excellent natural antibiotic – optional) – mix well.

Pour into a spray bottle and spray the fruit and vegetables.

Let stand for about 15 minutes. Wash away. You can peel if you like.
