SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS
If you love the taste of Chipotle but don’t like spending the money, make your very own burrito bowl at home!
These shredded chicken tacos are perfect in a shell, over rice, or with a slew of toppings. Plus, you’ll have enough for the entire family or leftovers. Freeze what you can’t eat for later dinners!
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-1 cup of chicken broth
-1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts
-½ cup of salsa
Add broth and taco seasoning to the crockpot and mix. Place the chicken breasts in the broth. Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, and then shred with a fork.
