If any of the athletes has a slim and well-proportioned figure, these are then gymnast.

However, behind those of their looks are hours and hours of practice. Although some of their exercises many cannot perform, this abs everyone can do.

These are three exercises – variant strap in combination with raising one, then the other leg to the chest (doing is 7-12 times with each leg in three series, so rest), then raise your arms and legs at the same time, while lying on your back (exercise doing 7-10 times, then rest) and alternately raising both legs as riding a bike, while your upper raised as much as you can (Repeat 7-12 times in three series).
