2 cups diced pineapple
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
40 g/1.4 oz of honey
7 g/o.25 oz of cinnamon
40 g/ 1.4 oz finely chopped almonds
1 cup instant oatmeal
250 ml/8.45 oz water
