Preparation

After you warmed the water add the rest of the ingredients: turmeric, lemon juice, honey and tablespoon of coconut oil and mix them together. Turmeric will separate and will fall on the bottom of the cup so while you drink it continue with mixing. Drink it while it’s still warm.
